Privacy Policy

Crypto Widgets works without an account. Your portfolios, trades and settings are stored on your devices. We don’t run a database of users or portfolios, we don’t show ads, and we don’t sell or share data.

Prices, charts, market indicators and news are fetched from our own API, which aggregates public market data. These requests contain no personal information and are not tied to you.

If you connect an exchange, you create an API key on that exchange and paste it into the app. We recommend read-only permission: the app only ever requests your balances.

Keys are stored in the Apple Keychain — on the device, or in your end-to-end encrypted iCloud Keychain when iCloud sync is on. Requests are signed on your device and sent directly to the exchange. Your keys never reach our servers.

Wallets are tracked by their public address. To read a balance, the app queries public blockchain data services with that address. Addresses and balances on a blockchain are public by nature, and the app never asks for a private key or a recovery phrase.

When iCloud sync is on, your portfolios, trades and the list of connected sources sync between your devices through your own iCloud account. We have no access to that data, and you can turn sync off in the app at any time.

Alerts and Live Activities keep working while the app is closed because our server watches the market for you. For that it receives an anonymous push token for your device and what to watch: the coins and thresholds you chose.

A portfolio Live Activity only shares the proportions of your coins — never quantities or amounts. Deleting an alert or ending a Live Activity stops it.

Pro is purchased through Apple. We never see your name or payment details; your subscription status is checked with an anonymous identifier.

The optional MCP server of the Mac app only listens on your own computer (127.0.0.1). What an AI assistant does with what it reads depends on the assistant you connect and its own privacy policy.

Disconnect an exchange in the app to delete its keys from your Keychain, and revoke the key on the exchange if you like.

Delete the app to erase its data from your device, and manage its iCloud data in your device settings.
